		REMINDERS! Please take the time to check over the official LEPHC, Inc. show rules! Youth, Novice Youth and Amateur renewals should be in the mail to APHA, if you have not already done so. LEPHC, Inc Year End Award Form Sign-up forms for L.E.P.H.C. Year End Awards should be completed and sent to treasurer, along with payment and at least one sponsorship. YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR YEAR END AWARDS IF NOT SIGNED UP! PLEASE OUT OF COURTESY, DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE MORNING OF THE FIRST SHOW! PLEASE NOTE: If not signed up and/or use a back number other than the one assigned to you by the point secretary will result in no points for year end awards. When sending in Year End Award Forms (or even the Show Registrations), please include copies of the following items so you will not have to provide them at every show: Birth Certificate for any Youth showing Coggins Rabies Certificate APHA membership card Horse(s) Registration Papers **registration papers, coggins & rabies certificate must travel with the horse and be supplied to show officials if requested

		Please Note: all exhibitors MUST be pre-registered to show at the Paint-O-Rama and Fall Classic. Entries will be accepted the day of the show, but late fees will apply. Late fees are waived for All Breed classes, pre-registration is not required for those classes but would still be appreciated.
